Flea Market Fridays

My favorite interiors marketplace in town is not technically a "flea market" but it is a great place to find good deals. Work Hard, Play Hard

After two full days at a "work" conference it seemed like a day of play was well deserved. I skipped yesterday's blog post since it was Leap Day and anything goes, but I still wanted to share with you what a great last day I had in Los Angeles. My personal tour guide took me to Urth Caffe on Melrose for the perfect breakfast and coffee.  Then we went to see Jane Scott Hodges for the Leotine Linens trunk show at Nathan Turner's shop. Lobsters, Lighthouses, and Luscious Blueberries

Today we travel to the north eastern coast of the United States.  A land known for its seafood, rocky shore, low rolling mountains, forests, wild blueberries, and lighthouses. I had the privilege of going to Bar Harbor, Maine last summer with my family. It was everything I had imagined and more. We went in July so the weather was perfect for hiking, eating lobster on the dock, picking blueberries, whale watching, canoeing, and even some swimming.
